You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant whisperam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate that content so we can operate the service. The whisperam name, logo, and design are our property.

We may remove content, hide posts, restrict features, or suspend accounts when necessary to enforce our guidelines or protect the community. Where possible we act proportionately; where safety is at risk we act immediately.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated or severe violations. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

• Attempting to identify or expose another user.
• Scraping, automated access, or reverse-engineering the service.
• Interfering with the platform's security or availability.
• Using whisperam to break the law or harm others.

whisperam is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Content on the platform is authored by users and does not represent our views. We are not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or emergency services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, whisperam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Meaningful changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
